I just started couponing. I am sure some of you are thinking only old grandmothers coupon. To be honest, I used to think the exact same thing. I wondered who would take the time to save a few pennies. Well, I didn’t understand how the process worked. I started learning all the rules and all the different ways to get more money off purchases. It is amazing how much money is out there to be saved. Last week, I saved over fifty percent on my grocery bill and got a DIRECT TV rebate on my satellite. After looking into all the different ways to save, my husband and I have been able to put double our normal amount into savings. I was just completely unaware of this whole new world. I have to be honest and say it takes a lot of work to save this much. I know you might think it should be as easy as cutting paper, but it’s not. There is a lot of research that goes into when and where to use a coupon. After you learn the ropes, the savings are easy. I am so thankful for all I have learned because my husband and I are hoping to paying off all our debtsoon and I have coupons to thank for it.
